Wilderton Mall ( Pharmaprix, Metro, Videotron, SAQ, restaurants and more!) and the HEC are only 10 minutes away on foot. Everything is close by!
Rent is only 550$, everything included :
- Room, fully furnished with two closets (lot’s of storage space) and a big window that allows tons of natural light. Room opens onto cute and spacious bathroom.
- Furnishings include: single bed (or bring your own), side table, dresser, large desk, bookcase, comfy chair and curtains.
- Included in rent: hydro, heating, Wi-Fi, T.V with cable, telephone for local calls, washer and dryer, ironing board, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, large freezer, etc.)
- Services of a maid for common areas, 5$ extra for your room (at your discretion)
- Private parking if needed, must be discussed with landlord
