It has a living room, a kitchen, a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It has plenty of closets. Wooden floors.
Ideal for students (University of Montreal and two bookstores are a two minutes walk away) or for someone working at Saint-Mary's Hospital or the Jewish Hospital.
