The URBAN CHALET is an apartment of 63 m ² completely renewed and equipped situated in the first floor of a hundred-years-old building of style Art-déco. It includes two bedrooms (double bed and bed queen), a lounge with Television plasma, DVD, chains Hifi and convertible sofa reads, a cusine any outing with its corner dining room, a bathroom of style Zen, a balcony in front, one washerwoman, a dryer and a dishwasher. Sheets, braids and pillows are supplied to you on the spot. Ideal for tourist or professional stay. Possibility of welcoming up to 6 persons.
RATES: HIGH SEASON (in May in September)

Deposit of 25 % in the booking. 500 $ of pledge will be asked you and will be put back(handed) to you in your departure if the apartment is left in good condition.
